Robin Menafee


Retired from the Department of Defense with 36 years of service at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC).  Served as Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) for 12 years. Served as the Treasurer for the AFGE Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Council 169. Currently serving as a Delegate for the AFGE DLA Council 169, AFGE District Caucus, and the AFGE National Convention.  Serves as the Chair for the AFGE Defense Conference Steering Group for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Franklin University, Master’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.  Certified AFGE Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Equalizer, Certified Mediator from the National Association of Certified Mediators. Board Member of KBK Foundation and Board Member of Puppets for Peace.                                                                                                        


Hobbies include genealogy research, canvas painting, and creating holiday decorations.



Courtney Blackenberry

Certified General Education, Elementary Teacher with Columbus City Schools. Currently teaching 3rd grade.  Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, Master’s degree in General Education from Central Michigan University, and Licensed Teacher, grades pre-k third from Ashland University. Board Member for Puppets for Peace.

My hobbies include using my creative/artistic talents, whether it be sketching, arts/crafts, and decorating.
