Her approach is rooted in empathy, education and empowerment, equipping both educators and students with the tools to recognize, refuse and report bullying behavior safely. Michelle has an associates degree from Columbus State Community College in Chemical Dependency and Mental Health and BA degree from Ohio Christian University in Substance Abuse Counseling. She is also certified as an Ohio Violence Prevention Process trainer through the Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. Michelle's commitment to fostering respect and kindness is evident in her interactive workshops and the positive change she inspires. As a bullying prevention specialist, Michelle works to create safe environments for everyone.
Michelle is also passionate about leadership and professional development, and she has trained in organizational change management. In addition, she has experience in victims awareness training and instructional design.
